Returns

Returns of home décor and accessories are permitted within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise. The returned items must be in their original, unused condition.

We do not refund original shipping charges and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be received within 30 days of delivery date.

Freight Items

At this time, we do not accept returns on artwork, mirrors, lighting or small furniture items that ship by freight truck, with the exception of damaged items. These items will be noted on product pages as "Final Sale".

If damages or defects are discovered on items delivered via a third party delivery service, please note damages at the time of delivery and refuse delivery.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Missing Items

If your order is incorrect, damaged, or missing items, please email our Customer Care team at hello@mareahome.com within 48 hours of your delivery and we will arrange a return and replacement at our expense.

In the case of a missing or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Marea Home is not responsible for any stolen or misplaced packages.

Our pieces are carefully inspected prior to shipment, but damages do happen. Please inspect your items up on delivery. If damages or defects are discovered on items delivered via freight, please note damages at the time of delivery and refuse delivery.

For damaged items, we will require photographs of the damaged items be emailed to our Customer Care team at hello@mareahome.com prior to shipping your return.

Please note, clear photos of the damage are mandatory in order to process a damage claim. We cannot accept damaged returns without photos and the original packaging.  Damage claims reported after 48 hours of your item’s arrival may be declined.

Refunds

Refunds are made to the original method of payment, less shipping and handling. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon original delivery.

Please allow us 3-5 business days from receipt of return delivery to issue a refund. Once a refund has been issued, you will be notified via email. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your account.

Cancellations

Cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of placing an order. We are not able to cancel orders that have already shipped or been transferred to our fulfillment center. We will notify you via email if we are able to honor your cancellation request.

If we are unable to cancel your order, please feel free to return your order to us for a full refund of the merchandise value, less shipping.
